General Shipping Policies - Combined Shipping

All orders are shipped as Standard Shipping with transit times that vary. Standard Shipping DOES NOT include a tracking number.

* USA Orders ship via ChitChats / USPS.

* CANADIAN ORDERS ship via Canada Post.

TIME IN ROUTE

{Standard Shipping}

* CANADA : 2-14 business days
* USA : 3-14 business days
* INT. : 2-8 weeks

*Once an order ships, the eventual arrival date is beyond our control. (Time in route may be longer due to custom delays).

*BUYER is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If refund is requested due to ‘return to sender’ due to buyer error, there will be a re-stocking FEE of 5$CAD deducted from refunded amount, plus the amount paid for shipping.

PACKAGED WAS RETURNED TO SENDER

In the event a package is returned to sender due to: an incorrect shipping address provided by buyer, or due to buyer error / failure to pick-up, your order can be re-shipped with the purchase ($) of a new shipping label or refunded (minus the original shipping fee).

*NOTE: USA Tracked and International Tracked Shipments will be charged an extra 5$CAD fee if shipment is returned. The fee is added to the original amount paid for shipping.

Do I get a tracking number with my order? Do you offer priority shipping options?

STANDARD shipping does NOT include a tracking number. Please send us a message, if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery date.

**ORDERS TAKE 1-3 DAYS TO PROCESS BEFORE SHIPPING.

(Purchasing priority shipping only expedites the transit time, not the prep time.) Once an order ships, the arrival date is beyond our control. Remote locations, could take 1-2+ days for delivery.

Materials-Used / Common Allergens

Most of our jewelry is made of Zinc Alloy (which is usually a mix of copper and/or brass). Most of our charms and chains are silver, gold or rose-gold-plated. Most of our jewelry is free of common allergens: nickel, lead & chromium. NOTE: Stainless Steel can contain small amounts of nickel.

Also, each stamped-piece charm might contain letters darkened with a jewelry ink. This ink is long-lasting, but will not be permanent if exposed often to water, chemicals or washing. 

*Please read each jewelry piece description carefully for more information on specific materials used, estimate size, or you can send us a message via Etsy with any questions you may have.

Problem with my Order / Missing Piece

We always triple-check each order before mailing them off, but mistakes do happen from time-to-time. If your order has a mistake and/or the jewelry piece seems broken (within one month of delivery) or it appears defective, please send us a message IMMEDIATELY to help us fix the situation. We always try to provide the best customer service possible and would never want to disappoint any of our customers!

*NOTE: Each charm comes with a separate open jump ring that needs to assemble / attached to the charm. If you are having issues with assembly, please send us a MESSAGE or an Email at: missfitboutique@hotmail.com .

Standard Packaging

Each charm or jewelry piece comes with an open jump ring. They are placed in a small clear plastic ziplock bag. If multiple charms / pieces are purchased at the same time, they will be packaged together in one or two bags.

Orders are shipped in a flat or padded mailer. Gift-Wrapping isn't available at this time.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No returns or exchanges are accepted at this time, due to the nature of the charms, findings and jewelry supplies we sell.

We are very proud to support the Canadian economy by using supplies and suppliers from Canada. We also try to purchase our materials and packaging (such as envelopes) in Canada (if possible).

Do you offer custom engravings?

Unfortunately, we do NOT offer the ability to customize charms at this time. We do not offer custom engravings.
